Personal delivery services are nothing new. But this company was among the first to personalize the delivery of prescription meds from an exclusive pharmacy chain around the Chicagoland area. As business expanded from meds to consumer goods, to errands and personal shopping, I was challenged to come up with a transparent, but catchy name, followed by a memorable logo. Thus, ShopDrop was born.
This identity—for a boutique compliance consulting firm providing services to healthcare and life science companies—reflects, among other things, depth of knowledge, transformation, and positive direction. Potomac's marketing communications further elevate current industry standards while, simultaneously, allow Potomac to stand apart.

They are visual expression explorations—in pictures and words—that represent three different potential paths for a company's internal brand initiative.
In order to better serve patients and respond to the demands of modern healthcare, it's become highly common for individual medical groups to join forces. This identity represents such a business move—multiple private practices coming under one umbrella brand. So in order to give voice to each specialty practice, as well as the group as a whole, I developed the flexible identity system shown here.
